Shipping Policies

When buying chandeliers, sconces or furniture we make every effort to ship all items within 7-10 business days except chandelier crystals ship within 1-2 days. If paying by personal out of state check and if the check is over $75.00 we hold the check for 10 days before shipping to make sure the check is good. Checks under $75.00 usually have no hold and ship within 1-2 days. All of our shipping is done through DHL Ground and various LTL freight carriers (for heavy freight.) PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING RATES QUOTED ON EBAY ARE FOR CONTIGUOUS US STATES ONLY. ALL ALASKA AND HAWAII ORDERS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING CHARGES. PLEASE CALL PRIOR TO BIDDING. All chandeliers are shipped only and we don't allow pickup of chandeliers.

Returns & Store Policies: 

No returns on chandeliers. Damaged items: Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced if you payed for insurance that we offer at the time of check out. It usually takes us about 1-2 weeks to replace any part. Warranty: We would like to assure you that our chandeliers are made from top quality materials and workmanship and we are 100% sure that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase.
